Duh, that last night's patchset broke stuff. It's strange really - everyone knows premature optimization is the root of all evil, and that programmers are the last persons to know where the bottlenecks are in their apps, and STILL they go optimizing. *sighs*. Bottom line - I reverted the getTick() patch and the scheduler "optimization" - the latter broke way too much and didn't provide the expected amount of speedup.
No other interesting news tho, had network outage for most of the night, so - hard to dev a p2p client w/o net :)
